Dans une \u00e9conomie marqu\u00e9e par des cycles d&rsquo;information rapides, la pression de la r\u00e9putation, l&rsquo;IA et les exigences de transparence, l&rsquo;<strong>improvisation<\/strong> n&rsquo;est plus une option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <strong>plan de communication strat\u00e9gique<\/strong> est le syst\u00e8me qui relie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le <strong>diagnostic<\/strong> (ce qui se passe),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong>messages<\/strong> (ce que nous allons dire et pourquoi),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(o\u00f9 et comment)<strong>,<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l<strong>&lsquo;ex\u00e9cution<\/strong> (qui fait quoi et quand),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>des mesures<\/strong> (telles que la preuve de l&rsquo;impact).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet article, vous trouverez un mod\u00e8le clair et applicable pour concevoir un plan de communication ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats &#8211;
